The Sustainable Juice Platform is a vision-driven initiative that offers a collaborative space for continuous improvement, ensuring the engagement and participation of all stakeholders across the sector and value chain. 

It enables stakeholders to work together to address common socio-economic and environmental impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs). The Platform’s overarching goal is to support, guide, and inspire juice stakeholders to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across the supply chain. 

The drivers of regulatory push, technological innovation and market pull vary across the fruit juice supply chain—from farming and production to processing, bottling, packing, and delivering the final product to consumers. Integrating ESG across such complex supply chains and adopting a sector-wide approach is challenging, particularly given the diverse demands, capabilities, and organizational structures of the various actors involved. 

This is where the Sustainable Juice Platform’s sector-based collaborative approach plays a crucial role. It provides the opportunity to build a sustainability network within and for the juice industry, facilitating the sharing of information, collaboration, and best practices on CSR and responsible sourcing.
