Quality, Identity and Authenticity issues in Fruit Juices have been addressed in separate pieces of scientific literature having information here and there, however the AIJN COP addresses all these issues in one unique way with the Reference Guidelines for specific Fruit and Vegetables which have helped, for more than 30 years, the Juice Industry to manufacture juices according to the European Market expectations.
