How to become a subscriber?

The Code of Practice can only be consulted by subscribers. 

The subscription fee is € 300 and is valid for 12 months. The subscriber gets a personal password after payment of the fee. The subscription fee covers all modifications or additions made to the Code of Practice in this 1-year period.
