1. Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the AIJN Code of Practice is possible anytime throughout the year by informing the AIJN Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To receive a full refund of the subscription fee, however, the subscriber has to initiate their cancellation request within 7 days after the subscription date, otherwise a refund is not possible.
2. Subscription renewal & payment
Subscription to the AIJN Code of Practice is valid for the duration of 12 months and has to be renewed annually.
30 days prior to the renewal date the subscriber receives an e-mail notification with a renewal request.
Please note that the subscription fee (€300 VAT excluded) will be deducted from the AIJN Code of Practice subscriber's credit card immediately in the moment of the transaction (debit delay).
The AIJN Secretariat does not store the bank details of the AIJN Code of Practice subscriber, only their full name and e-mail address.
The AIJN Secretariat never shares the AIJN Code of Practice subscriber's contact details with 3rd parties.
